Tapping the MF for our team. Stand up and take a bow: bt, hitchhiker and helldog. The idiot was played by me and our team was probably the best ever.
Woot the Flippin’ hoot.

Just read the scum thread…thanks for the kind words, peeker. I’ll get you next time.
Gah! You caught me with the snuggles in the game thread, and with the pee in this one. I can’t escape.
I find it hilarious that I’ve come under at least mild suspicion in every game I’ve played as Town, but the only time I’ve been scum is the only time I escape any notice. Beautiful.
Yeah… the “poor man’s RyJae” thing was awesome. It allowed us to smudge TheUnkemptOne with RyJae’s scumminess without having to really make any case against him. And honestly, RJ seemed really scummy to me even though I knew that he was Town! Although the way he seemed to get really frustrated at people not believing him struck me as totally town.
There were a couple points in the game when a Townie made a comment or voiced a suspicion that made me think “oh well… we’re going to lose someone” only to have it fade into the ether… the biggest one was probably Dotchan’s analysis in 822.
The biggest lesson I learned from this, my first game as Mafia, is that you don’t have to work that hard. I made the following comment to you late in the game and it was totally true:
There were a lot of points when I had something to say but decided to keep my head down because I didn’t want to take the chance of ruining a Townie-led bandwagon.
True. Scum have it easier in the beginning. However, overall playing scum is harder because with town, you just be yourself. With scum, you have to be someone else. Also, as I showed in the case I made against myself on the scumboards, keeping your head down too much can create a pattern that exposes you. Blaster was the first to suspect me, but his original reason was wrong, since I would have done the same thing Day 1 had I been town. However, if someone had looked really close at Day 2, they could have made a case against me. Now, there were legitimate real life issues for why I participated less, but there were also subtle things in the actual content of my posts that exposed more than mere lack of time.
But yeah, it’s hard to determine when to derail a townie bandwagon for gaining cred and when to let it ride or to join it yourself to insure another townie bites it.
Exactly what I thought on first read. It was almost a Mod help for the town.
A catch I would have made, just so effin Metagame.
Please come join us in the next game. But don’t get your panties in a wad if you get a ration of shit from square one.
But if you read closely you did perfect. I initially wanted to take you out because you were so town. Only didn’t kill you because of other reasons, ultimately. You were so vanilla that till the end you would have been the only truly confirmed. Give you a power role and do the same thing and the Jesus on a stick it could be fun.
Yes, the discussions could be described as lively and spirited , in a trained attack dog ripping ones scrote off, kind of way.
Just so you are ready to go.
I never said that and the snuggle was uncalled for. Bad logic, anti town and just bad form.
Vote NaturalBlondChap.
See you are no longer cherry so step into the waters and get your ass chewed up by a great white.
Forever to be referred to as ESPN in all future posts since I don’t watch network tv at all (the NBC thing is annoying).
