Dowloading email from ATT/SBCGlobal.net to Outlook

I run a small business and largely because of that I have more email addresses than perhaps I should. Three of the email addresses are through ATT/SBCGlobal.net. The other two are through my domain name.

For many years I’ve been downloading all my email to my Outlook account. (Yes, I know there are likely better options out there, but I’m used to Outlook and it serves my needs.) Late last week none of my SBCGlobal.net accounts will download to Outlook, but my domain name ones download just fine.

The tech rep at ATT swore it must be an Outlook problem, even though the only accounts I’m having problems with are the SBCGlobal ones.

How likely is it that this is indeed an Outlook problem? In any case, how do I resolve it?

(If it matters, I’m using Outlook 2007. I told you I’ve been downloading to Outlook for many years. :slight_smile: )

ETA - Error message I get from Outlook is:

The last bit after “the server responded” didn’t actually appear in the window and seems to change each time.
