Anyone know?

My best guess would be a) snort.
All of the other answers are normal things that don’t really deserve to be the answer to a trivia question. While some people do snort when they are pleased (actually they usually are snorting as part of their laughing process), it’s unusual and funny enough to be interesting “trivia”.
