Spoiler free first post. Good stuff in the second.
Well, what did you think of it? I did like the nod to countless heist movies and to Tomb Raider. The stingray monsters were original. A nice bit of foreshadowing at the end: that’ll work better on the younger viewers.
I wouldn’t mind seeing more of Miss Sousa. I did like the gag about dumping the central gem.
Hoo boy, when I saw the words “Doctor Who Easter Special”, the first thought I had was “Don’t tell me he goes back in time and rescues Christ!”:eek:
Actually, I’d like to see that one.
The Doctor goes back to the Middle east at the time of Christ - his talk of the future and other alien species is taken down and later is made the source for the book of Revelations; and he is crucified, only to regenerate three days later.
They reminded me a little of Stephen King’s Langoliers.
