Now Chief (said sternly), I am suprised that a man of your stature and experience would pitch a wall-eyed hissy fit over a few little smiley. Drawing and quartering are plainly inappropriate.
What would be appropriate is tying down the smiley creators, surrounding them with Tickle Me Elmo dolls and piping in Kathie Lee Gifford’s Greatest Hits 24 hours a day.
