I thought those were left over from the opening scene, where Spanky and Hero were tanning on slatted poolside chairs. But then Spanky was on top of his chair, not under it.
Best touch: The black light scene, and the moustache appearing on Foxxy’s lips.
This again is a direct take off of Spongebob Squarepants.
One of the very first episodes of Spongebob “Bubblestand” has Spongebob making just as weird movements, which takes just as long, if not longer as Wooldoors bit. At the end of the process, Spongebob can blow a soap bubble in various shapes and sizes.
Also, when Foxy had the brain tumor, and ended up as the Polically Incorrect African American, Wooldoor makes a comment about it being Opposite day.
Again, Spongebob has been there before.
Also, I thought Spanky was tanning into bacon as well. I think it wasnt as funny, because we are used to jokes like that.
