Dreams inspired by computer games.

This thread inspired by this post by Cuckoorex in the Fallout 3 thread, and by the fact I have had at least two dreams that are loosely reminiscent of this game.

Dream 1 I am in a position of vulnerability trapped in a house (my house) surrounded by semi feral raiders in police swat team uniforms.

Dream 2, far more recent. I am more like the hero you portray in the game, but my main duty is to find trapped or hiding people and rescue them. I am a member of a task force that exists for this purpose, but the members of the task force don’t work in teams, they work alone on their own missions scattered about the city. In order that the people we rescue are confident to leave their hiding place and come with us we are trained to a very high standard, and given the best equipment, to give us a huge upper hand over the nasties. But what the leaders of the task force don’t know (and neither do the people we rescue) is that there are nasties who do pose a challenge for us, and there are nasties who stay in large packs. Imagine walking over to the edge of one of the subway ‘bridge’ walks, looking down, and seeing more than a hundred feral gouls all heading for you. You have weapons that can kill twenty of them in one go if they are close enough together, but there are so many of them that you manage to survive only by the skin of your teeth, and all the while trying to do two very difficult things simultaneously - protect the people you’ve saved from harm, and eliminate that which is trying to harm them and you.
We wear light green armour (no helmet. It helps to convince the people you’re saving that you are someone to trust if they can see your face)

So have you had dreams inspired by playing far too much of a particular computer game? Post it/them.
