Husband says they have on the news that the police have Drew Peterson’s house surrounded, and that they have an arrest warrant for him.
Just thought I’d share. 
It’s only for a “gun violation”, though. He is not being charged for his wife’s (possible) murder (yet).
Yup, he had an AR-15 with a barrel less than 16 inches in his possession when his guns were seized last year. Possession of a rifle with a barrel of that length is illegal in Illinois, however Peterson was still a cop when his guns were all taken, so this might even be a moot point.
I was really confused when I first saw this thread, but then I realized that the man I was picturing was Drew Carey, not Drew Peterson. :smack:
