THANK YOU!!! As a child who grew up with practically white hair, (who was also top in her classes BTW) I was amazed at how dyed-blonde people behaved.
Equally amazing was the day I decided that I wanted to be a redhead (well, auburn anyway). It was like a switch had been turned on in peoples heads. I couldn’t believe how different people in stores treated me, as if I had a brain now.:rolleyes: Now I’m not saying that all fake blondes act like idiots, it’s just that there seems to be a disproportionate amount of them.
You know, I can’t find the hair color percent per nation stats, but I think “predominantly blond societies” themselves are a minor myth. Scandinavian countries may have a higher percentage of blonds then other lands, but I’m pretty sure that natural brunettes still outnumber natural blondes. Meaning that blonds would be a minority anywhere.
