Duplicate account (password lost from original account)

I created this new screen name, blanket of linos, but I had an original screen name for which I have a paid subscription, which is sir viks. (PLEASE NOTE – I am not a “sock puppet”. Please read on.)

So a few weeks ago my computer crashed, and my passwrod for sir viks was lost. When I tried to have the password automatically sent to my e-mail address, I realized that I had an old e-mail address under my account name and therefore I never subsequently received my password for sir viks, the account I have already paid a membership for. I was unable to find a contact e-mail address to discuss my dilemma, so I am making this post in the hope I can get this issue resolved.

Can someone from the Admin staff please contact me to resolve this issue? Thanks for your help!

Sending me an email when you have a problem like this is always the best way to go, I can look at your account settings and we can track down your problem and fix things.

We don’t consider this being a sock puppet but neither do we consider it a good idea, either.
