Back in 2013 there was a discussion here of watching media on fast forward, but nothing recent. I once found a player which displayed subtitles at 4x speed, which was very useful for getting through a long TV series quickly when my interest was marginal. But my machine is showing wear and I want to replace it. Of course streaming is becoming dominant, but most services don’t even do 2x speed. Does anyone know of a contemporary DVD player with this feature?
