This made-for-TV movie (or episode) involved a man who collected butterflies. He captured them live then displayed their beautiful dead selves under glass. One night the butterflies came to life and exacted their revenge on the man.
I thought this was an episode of “Ghost Story” but I’ve been unable to locate the episode. Any help appreciated.
Apologies for the thread necromancy (of my own post) but I’ve discovered that the show I’ve been searching for is “Death’s Head” from the series “Circle of Fear.” This was the first episode where the series had changed its name from “Ghost Story.”
The story is significantly different from what I remembered but the scares are the same. Thrilled to have found it after so many years.
