Go to http://www.imageshack.us/
Upload the pic you want to host and choose the monitor resolution you want (I usually use 17 inch)
On the next page choose the option “Show image to friends”
paste this link into your SDMB page and then name it with the “insert hyperlink” button (or you can just leave it as a raw link)
