Didn’t someone ask a new guinea native back near the beginning of the 20th century what the best part was and it was the palms of the hands?

I am thinking it would all depend on if the person was fat or thin, muscular or flabby.

I would have to actually handle the various cuts to decide how I would cook what part.

According to several survivors of the seiges of Leningrad and Stalingrad, that is one of the best organs (taste and texturewise) to eat if you are eating raw meat straight from the corpse. The muscle meat if often very tough and hard to digest unless it can be cooked.

I think I’d do glutes, in my crockpot til its pull apart tender, with a nice BBQ sauce and slaw on a bun. My Soylent Green is pulled people.
