My wife has recently switched from regular cigarettes to the electric variety, and on one of the related discussion boards it was suggested to use EM for cleaning certain parts of these devices (the heater unit if I recall correctly).
I’ve done some reading on the subject, I know that EM were originally “invented” to improve soil in agriculture, but allegedly they can also be used for cleaning stuff.
Scientific research seems to be inconclusive at best, whereas personal experiences of individuals are far more enthusiastic.
While this does not appear completely far fetched, after all, microorganisms are being used in seware treatment plants for that purpose, I’m still curious - what is this really about?
