Not entirely sure because I haven’t used the mod (or played the game) in a couple weeks. I’d assume its Nexus Mods entry will have updates or people complaining that it’s not working depending on its status.

I actually killed Elden Beast “straight”, due to numerous attempts and blind luck as much as anything, and… not worth it. No massive wave of euphoria, no finding personal validation in the game credits, my wife didn’t even find me sexier for winning the game. I could have done the same thing a couple hours earlier and the only difference would have been an extra couple of hours to spend on the next thing.
Download easy mod, kill Elden Beast, see ending, go pick flowers and befriend birds.
I thought Elden Beast had great visuals, but I didn’t enjoy the fight that much. I thought it was harder to get Radogan down consistently, though. It only took me about 4 Radagon kills to defeat Elden Beast.
What helped a lot was wearing my best heavy armor with both holy and physical damage resistance, and all the Holy damage reduction talismans I could find. A lot of Radagon’s damage is Holy, and almost all of Elden beast is Holy. I think I used these at +1 or +2 versions, which got me to >65% holy damage reduction:

- Holyproof Dried Liver | Elden Ring Wiki at the start of Elden Beast phase.
I’ve co-oped the beast a lot this past week and am coming back round on it - it is thematically great. The soundtrack, the arena, the fact it’s not some big ol dragon and they tried to do something different. Challenge level is spot on and Radogan preceding is obv great.
Mechanically there are some issues but mainly it just looks so silly - I can’t really get past that. Something went very wrong between the storyboard - ethereal, terrible Old God spirit of the ErdTree and what we got. Looks like a kid’s drawing of five types of aquatic dinosaur in one animal.
If / when the DLC materialises it will no doubt shift the emphasis - I always think of stuff like Gael, orphan, Fume etc as the final bosses of the previous games despite them not being main game.
Re Elden Beast, Id only use an Arc if you when you jump over the first ‘falling circle’…you see you’re doing really well and have lots of ‘health pots’ left.
This girl beat the entire game. And the super bosses(optional bosses). At level 1. Using 1 hand on the controller.
