Elementary - official tie-in novels being written by my husband

Thanks to Ellen Cherry for confirming it was OK for me to create this thread.

There seem to be a few folk here who enjoy the **Elementary **TV series, so I thought you might be interested to know that some tie-in novels are being released, and they are being written by my husband! He’s a huge fan of both Sherlock Holmes and this particular adaption, so it’s very exciting for him.

Here’s his blog post where he announced it, complete with links to where the first novel can be purchased…

If anyone has any questions for him, I’d be happy to pass them on.

Thats fantastic - !

Will the tie-in’s be episode specific or entirely unrelated or some combo?

Thanks! It’s been an exciting time in our household!

They are original stories set at specific times within the Elementary universe. This first story is set around the middle of season 2.

How exciting! I really enjoy the show.

Congratulations!

Brilliant!

Are there many pictures of Johnny Lee Miller shirtless? Or could there be?

Very cool news! I am a fan of the show, so I may have to check these out.

Congratulations to your husband!

Wow - how cool is that?! Thanks for sharing and congrats to your husband…

that is brilliant! so fun, he must have been bursting while negotiations were going on.

What a great opportunity. Envy is bursting out all over.

I have just been informed that there is a scene with him shirtless!

That’s great! Congrats to your husband!

A wee bump as the book is now out!

We had a fun time in London on Saturday, with Adam doing a signing (along with some other Sherlock authors) at Forbidden Planet.

Our friend’s baby came dressed in a deerstalker and cape, so cute! You can find a picture of it in Adam’s twitter feed: https://twitter.com/ghostfinder

(Sorry, I don’t know how to link directly to a Twitter photo)

Closest I was able to easily get was a link to the specific tweet. But that should make it easier to find as time goes by.

Your Twitter-fu is stronger than mine, thanks!
