Speaking of “highly amusing”, I observe that Elvis, that great master debater, has failed to realize that wring’s comments were actually about december, not about him. But there he goes, both guns blazing. Now I find that highly amusing. To each his own.

I also don’t understand the issue of other examples. There have been multiple examples brought up here, and Elvis has failed to address them, most recently brushing them off as not standing up to cursory examination. But FWIW, this thread, along with some related links, may be illuminating.

yep, spinster old aunt that all pity, that’s me. But I wonder how it’s possible to ‘butt in’ when we’re all ‘talking’ on a public message board. threads on a public message board aren’t private conversations that one can ‘butt into’. You don’t want to invite comments from passers by, then don’t post.

Don’t know what statements about Elvis I’ve made that he claims aren’t true.
