I know you got it to work, but for next time, try making sure your egg whites are room temp before you try to make meringue.

This is what I came in to say.

Meringues are something I can do, as a baker, but they are not my strong suit. I almost prefer to used powdered maringue mix.

Where can one find powdered meringue mix?

Heh, that’s funny, I love cooking but can’t bake. But meringue my mum taught me. She’s won competitions with hers. It’s the first thing people request when she offers to do a birthday treat. I’ve just never had a problem with them. To me, they are a super fast, easy trick. Thank you, mama! :slight_smile:
