Emma Chambers, best known for playing Alice Horton nee Tinker on The Vicar of Dibly has died. 
Yeah, I saw this yesterday.
She was hilarious in the Vicar of Dibly. She reminded my of my M-I-L, who also never gets a joke.
I only knew her as the sister in Notting Hill. But since that movie has been played in my house a bajillion times, alongside the BBC Pride & Prejudice, Princess Bride, Harry met Sally, and a few others, she is well remembered. She knew how to work with what she had in that part.
