One lesson you learn working retail is just how many completely crazy people there are our there, normally dressed and unnoticeable until something triggers their lunacy.

Hard to tell in the video, but it looked like he walked up to her, and then she hit him with the green thing in her hand, then pushed him away with both.
I did fast food for a while. I had belligerent customers that I asked to leave that refused. I always found it amusing when they offered to save me the trouble of calling the police by calling them themselves.
ETA: In the universe that I wish to live in, that video follows here everywhere. When she gets home, there is snickering, and on her way down to the basement, she notices her mom watching the video. When she gets to her shitty job, there is snickering, and her co-workers are watching the video. Her boss calls her in, and tells her that she needs to find a shittier job, because this one has standards. When she goes out to find a shittier job, when she shows up to an interview, the person to interview her is snickering and watching the video.
Who was taking the video then, I wonder?
