So that’s what you kids are calling it these days.
Sure they did, he just didn’t feel like talking.
Speaking of the prologue…
When they found Captain’s love boat just drifting there, Malcolm says (among other things), “Gravity plating is off line…” and they show a tricorder/PAD/whateveritwas floating around.
What? Isn’t gravity plating a permanent thingy in the Trek universe? Think about it. In other series shows, they’ve beamed over to other dead ships, even ships dead for years, and the gravity is still on. I’m almost certain Okuda said (at a Trek-a-thon) that gravity plating had a permanent effect. Oh well…
*Ooh baby, I love you so
Never ever ever wanna let you go
Once I get my hands on you*
Sorry, Rose Royce just came into my head for some reason
(Yeah, I know it’s “Ooh boy” not “baby,” I just wanted to change it for effect)
Took me a while to get it, ME Buck, but that was pretty damned funny!
Trading mEssages indeed.
Loved that, MEbuckner. Very droll.
Can I repeat here that I’m all about the Panda? Yay, Panda! I felt kinda lost without it, this week…
Actually, in the first scene where Phlox comes on and tells them about the blood, if you freeze frame and look at the screen to the left of Phlox you can distinctly see a reflection of the Panda pouring a cup of coffee for himself.
At least I thought it was coffee. It could have been some type of bamboo mush.
I thought i saw a panda outlined in the stars in one of the space shots.
Rue - are you reading my thoughts again? Sweartogod, I SAID that last night!
Mr. Pol got his riffing in earlier - when the prisoners first broke free & attacked the guards – “Welcome to Canamar Air”
Conair, i like their blow dryers…
I finally saw the episode tonight and pretty much everything that I could say about it has already been posted, sometimes numerous times so I don’t have much to add.
I can see where you’re going with this, Cervaise (by the way… in the two weeks since I’ve rediscovered Enterprise, you’ve become one of my favorite posters) but I really liked the abrupt ending in this episode.
Maybe it’s 'cause I haven’t had weekly doses of Panda for the past two years but I loved how Archer lost it on the bureacrat, stormed off, and had T’Pol saunter off behind him like he and his ineffecient government were beneath them.
I can’t explain it any better than that 'cause I am by no means a critic. I can’t explain why I like some things and I guess this is one of those times. I just really, really liked it.
The Long Hiatus And Parade of Resurrected ENT Threads continues, with this one–next week’s rerun.
So what happened to the Organians?
Did the Klingons figure out how to take them?
Were they afflicted with a social disease?
Did they change their major?
Did they, as a race, fall asleep watching Friends?
I vote for the later.
Latter
I’m glad we agree.
Uh-oh…Have I influenced somebody?
How exciting! All three of us agree on what happened to the Organians!
For anyone who may be wondering.
Ah… it’s all coming back to me… this is where all that pants stuff got started
I assumed her not wearing pants was a different way of saying she always wore dresses or something. Huh.
