Hey, Aes, go look at he views/posts ratio for your Pitting of me and see if you notice anything.
[spoiler]it’s nearly double the normal/average 10:1 ratio
of course, the Pit itself skews ratios, but still…[/spoiler]
Nothing to do with the matter at hand (typically), but I’m all excited, so I had to share:
I’m quitting the Evil Job From Hell! Woohoo! Not that I have any other prospects at the moment. But I simply can no longer abide this hellhole. I’m giving two full months’ notice, so I figure that’ll give me time to look for work (my requirements: anything but this!), as well as giving my boss time to find someone new.
I haven’t told her I’m quitting, yet. I’m kinda scared. She’s not mean or anything, but she’s big on guilt trips, and I feel guilty enough already. Ugh.
But I’m quitting! Yay!

I figure I’ll tell my family sometime around… September…

Congrats, that is, on getting out of a real pit. I had a feeling you weren’t gonna hang around there for very much longer.

Or not. Depending on what sort of job she’s interviewing, a lack of pants might increase her odds of getting the position.

Let me add my voice to those wishing luck to you. I think that most of us that have had multiple jobs over the years remember at least one job from hell. You can use us as a reference, if you’d like.
