It looks like they’re going through with this Evil Alien Nazis take over the Earth stuff (versus it being another of Patrick Duffy’s dreams). So, to fix the time line they’ve gotta go back further in time and stop these guys from screwing up the past’s future :smack: (oh, my head hurts).

The longest Trek Doper ENT thread, lasted 2 years beyond the original air date of the show. Any old Trek Dopers here?
It’s funny. I see “16 years later” and it feels… strangely cinematic. Like it’s the movie of our lives - should have been preceded by a dissolve.
Anyway, the kid is almost 16 years old. We have two kids, both teenagers. One is a proudly geeky, the other somewhat less so. Neither was named for any well known character in Sci-fi, and if they share a name with one accidentally, I’m not aware of it.
They are both healthy, reasonably happy (remember, they’re teenagers - we will take that as a win), and considerably brighter than is convenient sometimes (nearly as smart as they think they are!).
I haven’t been active on the board in years, though I occasionally lurk a bit.
I have very fond memories of these threads. In retrospect, the discussions were at least as and frequently more entertaining than the show itself. I hope that the last decade-and-a-half has been good to your delightfully snarky, nitpicking selves.
