Where can I get a truly ergonomic keyboard? I don’t mean one split down the middle, I’m prepared to re-learn the basics of typing (err how difficult is that :S ) to deal with a new keyboard layout etc. I just don’t know where to look.
There are different opinions on what makes a keyboard ergonomic. The bent keyboards, to which you refer, allow the tendons to travel in a straight line. The angle of the split can be adjusted on some. I know experts who think this is just a gimmick.

IMO the best keyboards for preventing overuse pain are the ones without the numeric keypad and other gumf off to the right side. This allows you to place your mouse close to the body and thus places less strain on the shoulder (if you are right handed).
The latest studies are showing that the best thing is support of the whole forearm.
You might also be able to teach yourself to mouse with your left hand, taking some of the work from the right hand, which has more keys to cover.
I have a normal keyboard at work and a “bent” Memorex keyboard with the ergonomic wrist supports here at home. I find the bent keyboard to be more comfortable. When I first got it, it just seemed strange to be using, but after a couple days, it was great. I can type faster and with more precision with the bent one. At least, once I remember to turn off all of the auto key crap so that when I hit enter, my CD player, Netscape and my last Word document doesn’t turn on and take control.
