Then my daughter made King Ranch cassrole tonight.
I like it because leftovers can be rolled in a tortilla.

Around here “King Ranch” is a Ford pickup model.
But, yeah. Tortilla is the main convaince of food to my mouth. Kinda like an edible napkin.

It’s all Tex-mex to me. 
Another good thing to roll in a tortilla is Walking Taco salad. Don’t even have to heat it. Just warm the tortilla a little. Add sour cream. Yum yum.

It’s a dump casserole. You dump stuff in and cook it.
It’s the cheese. The cheese makes it edible. Sorta.

I like to use a tortilla for any rice-based dish. So I often have Biryani or Masala-style wraps. With enough rice to soak up the juice, I sometimes have beef stew wraps.
Ham, turkey, cheese, sliced pickle, and mustard. I call it a Cuban burrito.
I know a person who put bacon on a tortilla and made bacon tacos.
Is that not genuine?
