I recently started using Outlook instead of a DayTimer for appointments, as a diary, etc. I want to use one page per day, but have a couple of problems with it.
First, when I print one page per day format, I see blank “Notes” on the right side, under the Task list. How do I access these to actually put notes in them?
Also, I often want to write details under the line items; How do I get them to print when printing the one page per day format? Can I get them to print on separate pages, like the e-mails?
I’ve spent a week trying to research this on MS help site, can’t find a clue.
The notes area there is just for handwritten notes after the page is printed. If you go to File, Page Setup, Daily Style, you can turn it off or change to lined or unlined.
To print the details, in the print dialog box select “Calendar Details Style”. To print on separate pages use “Memo Style”.
Oh, fer …! :smack: That’s actually a great idea! And the fact that I didn’t think of it is only one of the hundreds of reason I don’t work for Microsoft!
