Esthetics Of Almond Or Soy Milk Vs. Rice Or Coconut Milk

When I pour almond or soy milk on my cereal, it looks like I just poured sperm or cum on my cereal (and for all I know, may have if there was a disgruntled employee working on that batch). When I pour rice or coconut milk on my cereal, it’s much more like pouring real milk on my cereal. Soy milk isn’t too bad because it doesn’t get clumpy until the bottom of the carton, but the almond milk is really bad.

Shake it.

Umm, I think that’s where the sperm came from.

Ha! You should look up my thread “almond milk feels like drinking elf come”.

Or, ohmyfuckinggod, not.

Rice milk is much, much thinner than milk, unless you’re accustomed to skim. Soy milk is too thick and tastes like beans. I find Edenblend (rice/soy blend) to offer the happy medium of taste & texture.

Rice milk is actually pretty good, even if it is a tiny bit sweet. It will never take the place of real milk, and honestly, they should stop calling any of these “milk” - it really sets up an expectation. There are people (like me) who love milk, and the other stuff just doesn’t cut it.

But if they called it rice drink or something like that I think it would be better. Soy juice?

The best part of waking up is soldiers in your cup.

SO whacks me if I call it soy milk. Soy juice is acceptable.

Anyhoo, I was just popping back in to say that I have developed a passion for vanilla soy milk of a particular brand. Especially after a run, or poured ice-cold over Rice Chex.

Rice milk is too watery, almond too expensive. Coconut tasted like coconut, which is cool if you like that sory of thing. Cheap soy milk does indeed taste like beans. Find the right vanilla soy milk whap er, juice, and you’re in business.

Shake it!

I like all these fake milks  I don’t mind that they have the consistency of cum.

  • or sperm

cow milk disgusts me: it’s got a snot-like feel, ugh.

rice milk is too sweet.

soy milk is OK.

I love almond milk, tastes great in every way I have tried it. so there.

That was a good thread that I do remember now that you mention it. I wonder what they do at the almond milk factory when they’re running low on nuts.

Well, is it green…?

Almond milk goes back to at least the dark ages. I doubt it was originally a substitute for milk. It was, and remains, a way to add flavor to dishes and was originally made just by chopping almonds and soaking them in water. This turned the water white, therefore “milk”.

I’ve been fascinated by the substance since I first read about some renaissance sweets recipes for things like “marchpane” (marzipan) back when I was a teen. Almond milk makes oatmeal taste fantastic.

If they’re low on nuts, the substitute you’re imagining is out, too.

I like unsweetened soy milk. Of course, I hate milk, so it’s probably not a good substitute for people who are trying to replace milk. Mr. Legend won’t even put it in his coffee if we’re out of real milk.

I really like unsweetened vanilla almond milk.

Hold it. Do you mean they use almond milk in all those p@rn flicks and the men are faking it? Hmmm. :dubious:

I think you are looking at this the wrong way around. Get straight to your doctor and tell him that you have cum that looks like almond milk. I’m sure that nowadays it isn’t that bad, surely they can do something?
