There are people out there who are convinced that AIDS is produced by the commingling of semen and feces. Yogi might well be one of those. And Yogi knows it’s called AIDS now, he just prefers GRID because it fits his homophobia better.
Yeah I’d say he’s a step beneath them. They at least try to defend their opinions rather than just hit-and-run posting an inflammatory comment.
He’s trolling. Pure and simple. Attention is what he craves. My advice? Don’t give it to him.

I’ve always wondered a bit about promoting “do not feed” as the appropriate response to a troll, especially when the subject matter is as obviously offensive as this jerk’s. People who’ve been around these boards for a while obviously know that we’re about as open and tolerant a bunch as you’re likely to find anywhere. But I’d hate it if somebody came across the SDMB for the first time, read a bunch of racist or homophobic bullshit in a troll post, and then wondered why nobody else called it for the infantile ignorance that it is.
And in the spirit of that thought, I’d just like to welcome our new pal Yogi with a heartfelt “Fuck off and die, shitbag.”

I already posted this in ATMB but, considering how we have so many fans of Yogi’s work here, I’ll ask it in this thread as well. Why was the Yogster banned? Is it because of his slurs, fight FOR ignorance or white supremacy in general. Or is it a deep dark secret?
