Experiences with Xenical and similar products

You see, the thing is, I don’t want these love handles. I do NOT!

I work out three times a week, and I don’t think I really eat or drink too much. I always do an ab routine during my workouts. It’s only about 10 minutes, but hey, I’ve got to get to work. Nonetheless, I’m starting to get “squooshy” around the middle, and I hate it.

So what can I do? Do weight-loss supplements work at all, particularly when the user exercises? If ten minutes of crunches three times a week isn’t adequate, are there excercises I can do as I sit here in my office? If I drop all other muscle groups and just do ab work for every workout, would that help? Because I would you know. I’m a guy who’s been thin to muscular all my life, and there’s nothing I want less than to be a middle-aged thin guy with a pot belly. Help me please!

Xenical is a fat blocker type of drug… I do not think it is apporpriate for someone with love handles… I would think it is more for people who are really overweight.

cardio…cardio… and some more cardio is the only thing that will help you get rid of the “squooshy” around the middle, and it will take a long time to get rid of.

I have taken xenadrine, ripped fuel, and other similar type products… If I were you…
Up the cardio to 5 times per week, at least 20 minutes each time.
Drink a ton of water… about 1 gallon per day

if you want to try a weight loss supplement… I would recommend taking something like xenadrine (ephedrine free), just use it with caution. They make you very jittery if you have never taken a similar product…
but be patient… it will take some time… that is the hardest spot to lose weight.
btw, there is no such thing as spot reduction… so working out your abs more will not help lose the fat.

Thanks for your response, merge. I think I really meant xenadrine, actually.

How does drinking extra water help?

Several reason actually…
Water helps the body metabolize stored fat, and it is easy to have water retention from eating certin foods. Your body will cope with not having enough water by holding onto the liquids you drink. Drinking more water will help you stay hydrated, and your body will not need to hold onto as much.

The kidneys can’t function properly without enough water. When they don’t work to capacity , some of the load is dumped on the liver. One of the liver’s primary functions is to metabolize stored fat into energy for the body. But, if the liver has to do some of the kidney’s work, it can’t operate full throttle. As a result, it metabolizes less fat, more fat remains stored in the body, and weight loss stops

Also onw of the top reasons for feeling tired is dehydration.
Water is very important.
