begin. I’ve got a Doper challenge for you here. Construct a coherent, complete English language sentence composed entirely of words that can be switched with homonyms (words pronounced the same but have different spellings, meanings or origins), like the title of this thread, which is not completely constructed with homonyms, so does not count. You may use words that can be parsed into two homonyms, like ‘nobody’ and ‘know Buddy’. I will judge on the coherence and completeness of the sentences and the quality of the homonyms (IMHO, ‘lose’ is not a good homonym for ‘loose’ because in one the ‘s’ is pronounced like ‘z’). The longer the sentence, the more impressive, but if it’s too long you may lose the reader’s interest. The winner gets their sentence added to my sig line with a full credit attribution.
