Sigh. I didn’t say anything about taking a stand. I specifically said that you can talk about whether it’s worth your time to deal with.
But you tried to argue that it wasn’t Facebook’s responsibility. And I found that argument to be dumb. It is their responsibility. Not only from the customer standpoint, but it’s to their own financial benefit to fix these things.
Whose responsibility it is to fix something is separate from how much effort you want to put into getting them to fix it.
I just don’t like it when people make excuses for rich companies cutting corners.
OP here. Yeh, I tried to fix it. I didn’t do anything wrong. I couldn’t have broken any rules because I don’t post. But they say I broke rules. WHAT RULE?
I just want to look at a perfectly legitimately company’s page. It’s pictures of dogs at a boarding facility.
If that’s the case, you should find another way to scratch your dog itch because it isn’t wise to leave online access unattended for extended periods of time. I recently received a Facebook Messenger request that was a scam asking for financial assistance because of an “emergency”. I knew it was a scam immediately because it came from a former colleague who has been dead for at least 3 years.
It’s not a dog itch. It’s my dogs when I board them at this place. There is no other way to see them.
My Fb account is closed. Not unattended. I have no idea why they did that. I’d like to know. Perhaps someone got into my account and did some nasty things. I have no idea because they won’t tell me.
My request got a "We looked into it, and it was closed because you broke the rules. We will not look into this again (the boiler plate Fuck Off)
Again, WHAT RULES? And how did I do that when I don’t post there, I only use it to look at the site of my dogs border facility.
