I just recieved a very official looking e-mail claiming that I am part of a class suing facebook for using my pictures and text to advertise.
I’m pretty sure it’s a scam, since the sender is “legalnotice” <legalnotice@facebookmail.com> and I rarely use FB and only have one photo there.

They want me to submit a form with a bunch of personal info, just to receive $10.
I think I’ll pass. Even if it’s real, it’s not worth the effort.

I only briefly scanned the article, but it looks like they settled to avoid the class action lawsuit.
