I’ve been made a moderator in a facebook group. There is of course a chat group for mods and admins. But i cannot figure out where it is. There’s a note that it’s not available in all areas etc., but I’m the same zip code as Northwestern University, so i doubt that’s the problem.
Any clues?

It does say
Community chats are chats created specifically for Facebook groups. Note that they are not available to all groups, countries or people at this time.
If you’re in the same zip code, maybe you’re not one of the right people !!
I assume you asked another member of the group how they access it ?
Been working on it with 2 of the admins for 2 days. We’re stumped.
