How do I see a message I sent to someone who is not my friend?
I can’t recall ever sending a message to someone who is not my friend. I take it that the message doesn’t appear when you go to “Messages” and then “Sent” on the left menu?

Is there any way to see who has created a poll about you after you have read it and it is now gone?
I haven’t messed around with any of the various polls and quizzes and add-on apps, so I’m not sure about that one.
