Facial hair removal: what works?

I’ve done some research on the Web about “permanent” hair removal techniques, but I need the straight dope on this stuff.

Apart from Electrolosis - which seems painful - which laser options are the best for female upper lip facial hair (dark hair, white skin)?

I’ve come across some of these techniques on the Web:
-Epitouch (Alexandrite)
-Ruby 2000
-EpiLight

What works best? How much is this stuff anyway?

It’s not laser, but pharmacotherapy.

Using a razor everyday like the guys will work too.

There is a new Rx cream out called Vaniqua®. I haven’t dispensed much, so haven’t had any feedback. It might be worth a try.
