I’m with just about everyone else on this one. I’m generally a soft touch, but in this case, the contempt for you on top of the hypocrisy on top of the cowardice (letting you know through your mother?) is just too much to take. You aren’t even refusing to help - you’re simply not taking the initiative to offer charity to people who have made it abundantly clear that you’re beneath them!
