Family-values Pub senator caught up in DC Madam scandal

I read somewhere that, in addition to his other distinctions, Cheney had hoped to be remembered as the “…pimpinest Vice President in history.”

It gets better: The Canal Street Madam from New Orleans is also now claiming Vitter was a client.

Schadenfreudelicious indeed, especially considering that Vitter used to be my congressman!

I figured this part went without saying.

So how many government employees does a whore have to screw to make prostitution legal, fer chrissakes?

Judging by what we’re seeing, apparently all of them.

And is now your senator.

And David Vitter is the guy who replaced Bob Livingston in the House after Livingston was forced to resign because of a sex scandal exposed by Larry Flynt!

I can’t believe Vitter hasn’t gone to rehab yet. Didn’t he read the script?

How much does an invisible handjob of the market go for these days?

Delicious. What goes around, comes around, you waste of genetic material.

At this juncture, Vitter might want to consider the wisdom of spending a little time away from his family. Maybe go on retreat.

Isn’t the invisible hand that trick where you lie down with your shoulder at a weird angle so your arm falls asleep and then you masturbate with the numb hand and pretend it’s somebody else?

Cheaper than a hooker, at least.

The Vitter problem isn’t the solicitation per se, so much as his hypocrisy. If he hadn’t been Mr. Family Values up until now, with his morality all up in people’s business, he could easily recover from being caught with his pants down. Hell, we love that sort of indiscretion in politicians down here in the Swampland. In short, bwahahahahahahahaha.

I’ve heard that called ‘The Stranger’.

Fortunately, no; I left Louisiana before he was elected to the Senate – and I never voted for him for the House, either!

(never mind…I was beaten to the punchline)

A commentator on NPR – a reporter for the NO Times-Picayune – is saying this pretty much kills Vitter’s chances of being tapped as Giuliani’s running mate (he was one of the first to endorse Giuliani’s presidential candidacy). As for his future in the Senate . . . everyone’s waiting to see how the scandal plays out.

Heh. You crack me up. Now I have to go and barf.

I recall that too; for the one I read about prostitutes were imported from all over the country when they heard the Republicans were coming. Democrats believe in that wishy-washy “love”, “affection”, and “try to give the other person pleasure” stuff. The Republicans are just users.

Someone save that little red-headed child from Palpatine’s Evil Lumber Log!

Interesting, interesting I say! I can’t remember the last term I saw such a fair, balanced, and rational opinion expressed in this forum, I applaud you sir.

As for Vitter, last I checked he was a politician from Louisiana, is it actually news when one of them is caught in a scandal at this point?
