I always thought that Lauren Graham from Gilmore Girls, and Jenna Elfman could play sisters if they had the same color of hair.

David Foley and Isabella Rossellini. Seriously. Once you see it, you’ll never be able to look at either of them again.
For some reason, Owen Wilson just seems like he’s GOTTA be the son of Dennis Hopper, but maybe it’s just me.

Perfect cast. They all look like they could be related.
Somebody already mentioned Scott Wolfe and Tom Cruise, but I always thought they looked very close. I also get occassional glimpses of these two from the guy who plays Shawn-Douglas on Days of Our Lives. Not so much now as I used to though.
Kevin Costner and Don Johnson. Even though I can tell them apart, I thought it was weird to see that golf movie with both of them in it, they are so similar.
I’ll also second Tobey Maguire and Jake Gyllenhall (both names I’m sure I butchered in spelling). October Sky is one of my favorite movies, especially being a math teacher and from WV. Last year I watched it in one of my classes, and honestly thought the kids were joking with me when they said it wasn’t Tobey in the movie! They ended up making a deal with me and got a couple of extra credit points or something like that when I found out I was wrong.
Benicio Del Torro and Brad Pitt. I think they look extremely similar!
Funny story about Brad Pitt looking like someone else. A friend of mine doesn’t go to movies, and rarely watches TV (which is funny b/c her hubby is a huge movie buff). Anyway, one day while walking through Carmel, CA, we saw this big headshot of Brad Pitt on the cover of Carmel magazine. Friend Erica says “Why is he on this magazine?” Friend Jonni says “Because it’s rumored that he bought a house here.” Erica says “Why would he buy a house here?” etc. etc. etc. until we find out that she thought it was Prince William!!! LOL I still don’t see the resemblence, but it was a fairly young looking picture of Pitt, with short blond hair. Son now we tease her all the time about not knowing the difference between Brad Pitt and Prince William.

Space has been doing a buttload of stuff about The Exorcist lately… And in an interview with her about the making of the movie, I realised that Linda Blair bears a striking resemblance to Carrie Fisher.

According to the IMDb, the teenaged version of Streisand in that movie was played by Stacy Bergman, who has no other credits. She looked amazingly like Streisand might’ve as a teen had she had the nose job she has eschewed all her life.
I caught a special on MTV the other night and was surprised that the young man I saw talking was former Real World cast member Danny Roberts and not Justin Timberlake. And yes, both look like both of the Masterson brothers, Danny and Christopher.
And Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) could probably be the youngest brother…

Nah. Mark Harmon as the dad, and Gregory Smith (Everwood) as the son. I’ve always found they look stunningly like father and son. Much much more so than Treat Williams and the kid.

Heather Graham bears a strong facial resemblance to Julianne Moore. I think that they have the same nose.
Allison Janney could be related to Christine Lahti. This isn’t especially noticeable unless Janney has curly hair, as she did in The Hours. There was a scene of her walking down the street in an oversized overcoat and I was struck at how that reminded me of Lahti in her oversized coat in the the vastly underrated Housekeeping.
Nelly Furtado looks so much like Courtney Cox it’s eerie.
It’s even more apparent on video. One of Furtado’s videos was on TV the other night and I swear it was Courtney Cox.
My wife always mixes up Dylan McDermott and Josh Hartnett.
I think Eric Clapton and Kevin Costner look a lot alike.
