Reese Witherspoon seems to be current touchstone for a hot 20something Hollywood blonde. I don’t know why. Sure, she’s attractive, but not a patch on Kirsten Dunst!
I had a dream last night, in which I was playing poker with the fellas when my cell rang. I opened up the phone to check the caller ID, and it said “Beyonce”. Apparently in my dream-world, getting calls from Beyonce is nothing out of the ordinary, so I hit the button to send her to voicemail. My friends around me couldn’t believe it - “Oh my god, you got a call from Beyonce, and YOU SENT HER TO VOICEMAIL?!?!?!”
“Oh relax, it’s not like she’s not really that hot.”
To reverse the OP for a second, I also think Kirsten Dunst is gorgeous, but almost everyone seems to disagree with me. I hear and read so many negative critiques of her looks (usually centering on her mouth and teeth) and I just don’t understand it. She’s like the ultimate German-looking girl, in my opinion.
I think the nose is why I find Owen Wilson attractive! It sets him apart from the traditionally goodlooking. It’s quirky. It’s cute!
My girlfriend loves him, mostly for his hair, not his penis-nose.
Patrick Dempsey. Just…no. Not hot. Maybe he was cute in “Can’t Buy Me Love,” sure, but this whole grown-up “McDreamy” act has to be a farce, right?

I may be in a very small minority here, but the whole skinny, twentysomething, bleach blond, no panty wearing thing leaves me pretty cold. Lohan/Spears/Hilton look like thy have all been extruded out of the same playdoe fun factory mold.
It may be just me, but I rarely find women under forty attractive. Allison Janney, Holly Hunter, Cate Blanchett and even Helen Mirrin are much more to my taste, but it may be just my geezerhood.

I usually find supposedly hot celebrity women very unattractive. For some reason I find a lot of women in commercials very attractive. I can watch a series of commercials and find quite a few random women who I think are incredibly beautiful, but most celebrities that everyone fawns over are unattractive or even downright hideous to me.

Kirsten Dunst - absolutely hideous. When she was in her underwear in Eternal Sunshine, I almost threw up.
Katherine Heigl - I hate her face, I hate her ugly slug lips, and I hate to watch her in anything…so fake!
Drew Barrymore - ugly, gross
Cameron Diaz - grosses me out too
Hallie Berry - not ugly, just really plain to me
Jessica Simpson (I did think Ashley was pretty hot when she first hit the scene)
And as many others have already mentioned, Spears, Hilton, Alba…all ugly and undeserving of any kind of fame.
Someone above mentioned Jude Law as being unattractive. Now, I’m a straight guy, but even I can admit that Jude Law is extremely good looking. I can’t believe anyone could think otherwise. 
From what I read she purposely plumped up for Firefly (by plumped up I mean 20lbs, which to me would be a nice lunch). She went back to her normal weight after it was cancelled and didn’t have time to plump back up for the movie. (Or didn’t want to because it was a short term commitment unlike a TV show). I agree she looks better plump. She is now on Stargate: Atlantis if you didn’t know.
I don’t find Colin Farrell attractive at all. Angelina and Keira look horrible now mainly because they are emaciated. If they plumped up to a healthy weight, they would at least be tolerable.
Johnny Depp has always looked good to me.

I used to think Paris Hilton was hideous, but then I got used to her and she’s alright-looking.
Jessica Alba is really average-looking, I’m not sure why she’s considered the pinnacle of hotness.
Orlando Bloom is pretty average too.
Brad Pitt’s nose is too small.
Matt Damon—just no.
Brad Pitt. I think he looks like Cro-Magnon man.
I don’t understand what everyone sees in Gillian Anderson or Carol Vorderman.

Watching *Enchanted * yesterday, I have to say I think Amy Adams is adorable, just like I thought she was in Junebug. I have a friend who looked just like her when she was her age.

To answer the OP I’ll join the Jessica Simpson pile-on [ETA: so to speak]. Most of the “supermodels” too – never saw the appeal.
And Ira-an, Iran’s so far away. That’s your ho-ome, but in my heart you’ll stay. 
The people who think those women are hot tend to be the same people who think Nickelback and Creed are awesome bands.
Britney Spears isn’t skinny anymore, though. And I think she looks better now than she did before.
