Fanfic review

A friend of mine who has done alot of short stoy and fan fiction over the years, primarily for her own amusement is working on a Buffy the vampire slayer/Frazier crossover fan fiction item that I think she is knocking out of the park. She has been getting tons of positive reviews.

I was curious what the dopers think of her work and I am curious if this is as good as I think it is. I know I’m biased, and I know there are tons of dopers more fluent in the ways of story construction and editing.

I thought it was clever and enjoyed it; in particular your friend did a good job of capturing the tone of the antagonist.

Some of the descriptive parts were a bit cliched and obtrusive, but not in too many places. Also your friend should review the subjunctive case (in this case, wasn’t vs. weren’t).

All told, amusing enough.
