So late as usual this year, but I’m finally getting around to starting a thread about Fantasy Baseball for 2026. We’ve had a SDMB league on Yahoo for way too many years to think about (since 2003, just skipping 2020). The league’s been slowly shrinking for years however… since 2021 we’ve been down to 8 and drafting NL only.
I sent out invites to the renewed league and five owners (plus me) have renewed. Tagging @dalej42 and @Hawkeyeop who I think are the two owners missing.
If anyone else out there is interested in joining, speak up here or PM me. We have some non-standard positions and scoring categories which I’d be glad to detail.
Currently, the draft is set for this Thursday 3/19 at 8:30 PM. I already know rackensack can’t make that; interested in other feedback on the timing? An alternative date would be the 24th (one day before opening day).
I renewed, but I have a separate draft at 8:00 PM so time doesn’t work. Would prefer not the 24th either, but could if needed. Wed 3/18 or Friday 3/20 would be better

Friday the 20th is no good for me (and Frosted_Glass); the 19th is no good for Hawkeyeop. Munch and Winnowil and I have another draft on the 23rd.
At this point I think we leave it for tomorrow night? Maybe push it back to 9:30 PM eastern? This draft will go pretty quick…
Eh, I think I’m going to have to ask to postpone this, as I probably won’t have power at my house tonight.
Does anybody object to moving it to Tues 3/24, 9PM eastern? I sent an email through the league as well.
Any chance it could be just a bit earlier on next Tuesday? Monday night and Tuesday nights, I’m in bed early as I gotta get up early to soak up that ‘office culture’ M-W mornings.
