How friendly and full of rug rat love would YOU be, if you had been processed as a number, stuffed into a suffocating box and left on a shelf? Pity poor Elmo, who has not had the advantages that we have had…
And what did James do to Elmo? Stuff him into a closet, perhaps or under his bed? Maybe he dragged poor Elmo by his feet around the house or used Elmo as a weapon to hit the family pet. Maybe he even jumped on Elmo upon occasion. How can we judge, we who do not know the trials and pain Elmo has suffered?
IMO, Elmo needs some Prozac and therapy. Hmmmmm. And maybe James does too.
