Faux Suede Care

I bought a Faux Suede Shearling Coat on the weekend and I have a question about it’s care.

I know it’s machine washable. It’s 100% Polyester exterior and 100% Acrylic inside. My question is, when it’s snowing on raining, what will happen if it gets wet? Should I treat it with some of that spray stuff?

It’s a beautiful coat and the last thing I want is for it to end up like Jerry’s suede on Seinfeld :smiley:

I have a faux suede shirt 100% polyester exterior and 100% acrylic inside. I’ve had it for a couple of months and machine washed it a few times. Still retains it’s feel and color. I wouldn’t think rain would matter. It isn’t real suede after all.
