Favorite "Blazing Saddles" scene/line

Thank you! I was about to post with my own little attempt, and ask a question of others, but yours is exactly the way I heard it. Thing about Yiddish – it doesn’t exactly take well to German spelling or syntax, always, so a German speaker/writer would write it differently, but to Yiddish speaker, it’s just kind of what it sounds like, is my experience.

I don’t remember the first bit about “zeit nicht meshuggeh” – I thought it was “sei nicht meshuggah” – as in “be not crazy.” Never heard the “cop a walk” – always thought it was “take” not “cop,” but I didn’t grow up with mamaloshen.
