Your description reminds me of Superman Bubblegum ice cream, from the more masculine dragonslayer end. There probably is a way to make it… the skyblue pink. Blue Moon and Bubblegum ice cream.
Maybe make two ice creams- pink sloe gin and tequila ice cream or sorbet, and a pineapple, coconut, and blue cuarcao ice cream to top.
