Frozen white Russian is a favorite. I also will do assorted flavored daiquiris when they are available - I like Mango.

Mojitos are yummy, IF made properly with real lime juice and fresh mint. Otherwise, they’re vile. I hate bottled lime juice!
I’m fond of rum-based things…I make a mean mango daiquiri (although if you don’t have fresh mangos, again, don’t bother). Sangria is lovely, too. (Again, must have actual fruit in it.)
Caipirinhas are great, though they tend to sneak up on you if made properly. Can we tell I like fruity stuff? I also like coffee with various liqueurs in it (Frangelico and/or Kahlua are good).

Glad to be of service. It is a good drinks site. I’ve a bartender book around here somewhere as well, but because I rarely drink it hardly ever gets used.
All time favorite is the Gin and Tonic, followed by the Elementary Martini. Recipe as follows: Gin, shaken with ice until well chilled, and then poured in to a martini glass. The bartender then leans over the glass and whispers vermouth. Bonus points are given if bartender is female and cleavage is exposed.
