Miss Piggy, who fits into both catagories nicely.
Beaker. And Kermit, of course.
Ginger, I’m with you… Sweetums!
And, of course, Animal. Since I’m a drummer myself.
Oh yeah, Dr Teeth, too.
“Dr Teeth and the Electric Mayhem”.
I SWEAR that everyone that I was ever in a band with was represented in Dr Teeth’s ensemble.
And it was classic Muppets (ad lib and all). I loved it!
My favorites include: Kermit, Robin, Fozzie, and Rowlf. I liked Statler and Waldorf too. My Sesame Street favorites were Cookie Monster and Oscar the Grouch. Elmo’s cute too.
On a different vein, what was your favorite Muppet musical skit? Mine was the one with “The Lime and The Coconut.” You know… “you put the lime with the coconut and shake them both up…”
Grover.
When I’m paying bills, I always think the people who get my SuperGrover checks are the luckiest.
Grover. When I was in pre-school (4 or so), my teacher read us “There’s A Monster At The End Of This Book,” which starred Grover. I was hooked and have been ever since.
I’ll second pink kitten’s nomination of the Swedish Chef.
Loved those skits on the chocolate moose and turtleneck soup.
Big Fozzie fan here, also like Crazy Harry, he’s the bomb!
Crazy Harry: Did someone say “Bomb”?
KA-BOOM!
Yeah. Statler and Waldorf are my favorites, too. But I already knew their names. Good choice, SallySimpson!
Gotta go with Fozzie here. Grover is my favorite from Sesame Street with Ernie a close second.

statler and waldof sit next to each other on the top of our server rack, looking down on the office.
No, silly, cute and he loves cookies.
The Count.
Kermit’s assistant: That’s one worried frog.
The Count: ONE! One worried frog.
Kermit’s nephew: I’m kinda worried, too.
The Count: TWO! Two worried frogs!
Miss Piggy!!!
The glamor
The attitude
Never was there a more gorgeous, pretentious, self-serving blonde.
And she’s a pig

**Don’t most of the muppets have a deranged manner to them? Even Kermit and Ms. Piggy.BTW,
[hijak] Did anyone see Ms. Piggy’s appearance on the Daily Show? Hilarious! You can view it here
Just scroll down until you see piggy [/hijak] **
Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! “A little frog in your throat…” BWA-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!
I needed a good laugh this morning!
Did anyone else see Cookie Monster on the Martha Stewart Show?
Unfortunately, there’s no clip, and I can’t do justice to how funny it was…Martha tries to bake something special with CM (and trying not to divulge that they’re making cookies). Near the end of the segment she lets the word “cookie” slip, and CM goes BERZERK!
“Did you say cookie? ME WANT COOKIE! ME WANT COOOOKIE!!! AAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!”
They cut to commercial, and come back to a panting, heaving, slightly humbler Cookie Monster, tied up head-to-toe in about 20 feet of strong rope…
[sub]Did I mention that I saw this while flipping channels at 4am during a bout of insomnia? It’s amazing that I didn’t wake the house with my guffaws.[/sub]
Lesse…
I third Swedish Chef and I also love Waldorf and Statler, Beaker, Grover and those little Aliens that go yupyupyup.
I really need to buy the Muppet videos and a copy of Elmopalooza (they got the aliens in it!)
