Favorite Pixar character

Whatever the name of the food-loving lead character in Pixar’s upcoming Ratatouille.

An aspiring gourmet rat in a Parisian restaurant?

Sign me up.

The Prospector from Toy Story 2.

Dory from Finding Nemo.

Sully from Monsters, Inc.

I haven’t seen Cars yet.

The entire cast of Finding Nemo, particularly the residents of the fishtank, top my list.

At the pinnacle are the seagulls from the same movie. MINE.

Frozone from Incredibles
and Professor Stingray from Finding Nemo
and the T-Rex from Toy Story “Oh great, Now I have guilt!”
Also, I like Luigi from Cars.

I agree.

But I like Edna Mode as well.

Elastigirl (aka Mrs Incredible). It’s that sexy voice, makin’ me all crazy…

mm

Go on.

Say it.

You know you want to!!
…OK.

I’ll do it.

Baby got back.

Luigi and Doc Hudson from “Cars”
Edna Mode from “The Incredibles”
Dory from “Finding Nemo”
Boo from “Monsters Inc.”

Haven’t seen Cars yet, so:

Dory from Finding Nemo.

Jessie, the Yodeling Cowgirl, and Woody’s horse Bullseye from Toy Story 2.

Donkey!

SHREK is from Dreamworks.

At least get its name right: Luxo Jr.

Wow. So many great ones. I’ll have to go with Boo. “Kitty!”

Man, it sure gets dusty in the room when she says that at the end of the movie…

As to favorite characters? I must confess that I like Mike, despite not being the biggest fan of Billy Crystal.

That would be “Remy.”

My favorite is Mike Wazowski!

I’m torn between Flik of A Bug’s Life and Mike Wazowski of Monsters, Inc.

You gotta admire anybody who can make a harvesting machine out of twigs and blades of grass. Thing looks like it would actually work, too.

Mike seems to be somewhat more sophisticated than Sully, having a girlfriend and interests outside of work, but he’s so hilariously dumb:

“At noon the Scare Floor will be…”
Thinking very hard: “…Painted?”

Bonus pick: I think Hopper is one of the Best Movie Villains Ever. If I were a kid he’d give me nightmares for weeks.

I like Mirage from The Incredibles.

I vaguely recall reading once that the animator who designed that bit actually worked it out so it’d work.

Oh, you’ll love this, then.

Oh, so many to choose from, including many already mentioned. So I’ll go with one that hasn’t been: Kari the sweet, well-meaning but completely overwhelmed babysitter from The Incredibles, seen to best effect in the short Jack-Jack Attacks!

That brings back memories from last Halloween.
