Even though they’re more of a pop-ska than punk, I need to give a shout out to the Dance Hall Crashers, my all time favorite group.
I’m also a fan of Fabulous Disaster.
One of my favorites is the sadly overlooked, all-female Mo-Dettes.
I also thought of the all-female Raincoats, but they might not be considered a pure punk group. There’s also Essential Logic and Delta 5, but they only had one and two female members, respectively.
Peaches is about the only Punk Chick anymorenowadays. Spirit of Punk and all advancing… the creed. Bi-Anarchy- Jackie Wilson say, “Let it all hang out!”
